1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened food items
  • Used personal care products
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance offers

3. Return Process

  • Order ID
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images showing the issue (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. If approved, we will arrange for pickup or request you to ship the item to our return address.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • For prepaid orders: Full refund will be issued
  • For COD orders: You will be requested to provide UPI or bank details

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank
  3. If the issue persists, contact us at info@freshnroots.in

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and will be treated as a return request (if eligible).
